Vietnam Food Travel Map:

Vietnam Food Travel Map” is a community project aiming to establish a system for cuisine destinations, raise awareness of local food culture and heritage through individuals, experts and organizations actively sharing their images and videos about experiencing Vietnamese dishes on different social media platforms. This is the first Food Travel Map of Vietnam developed by the “VIETNAM FOOD TRAVEL MAP” PROJECT ANNOUNCEMENT community, artisans, food experts.

Investment & Business Networking

In addition to the benefits of HCS and RAV – Restaurant Association Vietnam - Membership packages, the series of IBN activities offer members  more benefits from RAV's Business Development Ecosystem to develop networks of partners,  investors, and suppliers, etc.

F&B Business Productivity Benchmarking Project in Vietnam

  • During this transition period to the New Normal, businesses desperately need the attention and support of organizations and industry experts, which is why the Restaurant Association of Vietnam - RAV and HCS group in  collaboration with domestic and international partners, will conduct the F&B Business Productivity Benchmarking Project in Vietnam to fill this gap and will be the pioneer in creating an industry standard for the food service sector.

The RESTAURANT eMagazine

The Restaurant Vietnam magazine has in-depth selection articles, industry trend reports, and  inspirational case studies, which have been a highly anticipated publication from the restaurant  community since its launch in June 2020.

Sustainable Restaurant Program

 

Restaurant Association Vietnam (RAV) works closely with numerous leading domestic and  international organizations, other associations, and industry partners to realize the short-term goal  of creating “excellent restaurants” and long-term vision of promoting the industry-wide sustainable  growth.

The program motto: “Creating powerful competitive edges for F&B businesses - Balancing between economic benefits and socio-environmental responsibilities”.

The program contains 4 action pillars, split into 3 phases:

Phase 1 - 2021: Identifying the need for sustainability and calling for action.  Phase 2 - 2022: Evaluating and measuring effectiveness.

Phase 3 - 2023: Ranking and awarding members.

Langlieu Restaurant Awards

An annual ceremony to honor outstanding restaurants in Vietnam, Langlieu Restaurant Awards  aims to be a recognition for efforts to achieve excellence of Vietnam F&B industry, as well as  encourage its businesses to strive harder to match other cuisines, regionally and internationally. In  addition, the award plays an important role in transforming Vietnam into a top destination for  culinary tourism.

In collaboration with World Food Travel Association (WTFA), this is a highly insightful conference  focusing on developing Culinary Tourism in Vietnam and aiming to turn it into a competitive  highlight among the regional and international playgrounds. Ultimately, it is anticipated to generate  positive impacts for F&B business, and for Vietnam’s tourism industry and the whole economy in  general.
